AI and
Modern Execution
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how organisations execute strategy.
Most of the conversation is about coding assistants and productivity. I believe the bigger opportunity is an organisation that sees reality faster, decides better, and moves with more confidence.
AI is central to that.
The Leadership Shift
AI does not replace leadership, it amplifies the importance of human judgement. As AI takes over the routine work and gets better at making recommendations, the leader's job shifts - ask better questions, make the trade-offs explicit, use judgement, and give the team room to actually do the work.
"AI doesn't remove the need for judgement. It removes the excuse for not having enough information to exercise it."

Strategic Alignment
Connecting strategy to execution with AI.

Impact Metrics
Helping leaders understand what's really happening, not what they hope is happening.

Modern Workflow
Using AI to strengthen the way organisations prioritise, coordinate and execute change.

Leadership Impact
Giving executives the confidence to make faster, better decisions because they're grounded in reality.
My view
Many of the companies I've worked with had reached the point where their technology was starting to constrain growth. Their platforms had become too slow and difficult to evolve, making it harder to deliver new capabilities at the pace the business needed. The instinct was often to see it as a platform rewrite. In reality, it was an execution challenge. My role was to build the delivery capability to modernise those platforms while the business kept running. That meant pulling together delivery leadership, getting the cross-functional coordination right, and making prioritisation and governance actually work - so several big initiatives could move at once.
I think the same lesson applies directly to AI. Adopting new technology is only part of the equation. Organisations still need to be able to plan, coordinate and actually execute the change - or the technology won't deliver the benefits the business wants.
